The new scenery by Imaginesim for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024 is almost here. The developer posted a brief status update of their Dallas Forth Worth Airport (KDFW) scenery via social media. This post includes new preview images of the scenery and a status of where the development team is currently at. Testing of this add-on has been concluded, and the team is on standby for other areas to finalize their work. Imaginesim also released a cinematic trailer showcasing even more of this upcoming scenery.
KDFW Scenery Status
The Imaginesim development team has confirmed that the internal testing of this add-on is now complete. The build that the team is preparing for its release is being developed, and it was reported to be progressing well with no issues. However, the developer has not announced the release date of this add-on. With the team wrapping up development, they are waiting on some other areas of the team to finish their work. The developer is optimistic that all the work will be completed very soon.


In the meantime, Imaginesim released more preview pictures of this scenery and a full cinematic trailer. This picture showcases the work done with the terminal modeling and night lighting. Henrik Isaksen created the cinematic trailer for this add-on scenery, showcasing more buildings, hangars, and terminals.
Imaginesim noted in this product description that the MSFS 2024 version will be released later, while the MSFS 2020 version will be released first. Both versions will be included with your purchase.
