Imaginesim has just released WSSS Singapore v2026 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. With this release, Imaginesim introduces a rendition of Singapore Changi International Airport that features the extensive real-world, current and future changes, resulting from the construction of the new Terminal 5, as well as new taxiways.

About the Planned Expansion

Singapore Changi Airport is undergoing a long-term expansion program centered on the development of Terminal 5, as well as an upgrade for the eastern part of the airfield. This new terminal is going to be capable of handling up to 50 million passengers annually, along with multiple new concourses, aircraft stands, and supporting infrastructure. To meet the increasing traffic demand, the eastern part of the airport is currently being reconfigured with new taxiways, aircraft holding points, and additional operational space extending eastward towards the reclaimed areas adjacent to the existing terminals.

A significant part of the expansion involves introducing End Around Taxiways (EATs) for runway 02C/20C, which allows aircraft to taxi around the runway ends without entering them. The project also includes a new network of parallel and connecting taxiways linking the existing terminal area to the new terminal. Construction is progressing in phases, with site preparation, road realignments, and significant structural work ongoing to meet the airport’s targeted completion time of 2030.

Significant Features

The scenery includes an updated airport layout and properly resembles the recently made changes and the changes that are going to be done in the near future. Imaginesim WSSS version 2026 features 13 kilometres of new taxiways, including End Around Taxiways (EATs) for Runway 02C/20C and the dual-link taxiways that will connect the existing terminals to Terminal 5. Also incorporated into the scenery are the Terminal 5 construction site, high-definition building textures, interactive bespoke jetways, and a custom VDGS system. The coverage area spans 52 square kilometres, with graded terrain edges designed to blend seamlessly with vector-based enhancements.

imaginesim’s WSSS Singapore 2026 is now available for purchase from their website for £19.99. The scenery is slated to come to the MSFS marketplace by December or January. Those who own the previous version of WSSS Singapore can enjoy a 75% discount when purchasing this product.
