After teasing this scenery last week, Impulse Simulations has released its latest scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. They announced this release via their social media page, accompanied by new information about this scenery. The latest release by Impulse Simulations brings a faithful recreation of Port Lincoln Airport (YPLC) to the simulator.
About Port Lincoln Airport
This new scenery is located in the Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. It serves the city of the same name, located 13 km from the airport. Port Lincoln Airport is one of the busiest in the region, ranked 37th busiest in the country in 2017. Currently, the airport is only served by REX and QantasLink for passenger operations.

Features
The developer stated that this airport is perfect for regional flights and visual flights along the coast. It is an ideal mix of realism and immersion, with all elements of the scenery created by the team based on real data. It features a faithful recreation of the terminal with a modeled interior. The custom terrain around the airport matches the rest of its surroundings in the simulator. This scenery was designed to be as performance-friendly as possible, aiming to be as close to reality compared to the real airport.

Port Lincoln scenery features over 200 custom models and HD PBR textures on all surfaces. It features night lighting, more buildings around the airport, and more than 1000 objects around it. The scenery is updated to match the current airport layout, and much more to explore inside Port Lincoln Airport.
Impulse Simulation has released this scenery for both PC and Xbox versions of MSFS 2020 and 2024. It is available at their store for $29.95 AUD. You can also find this scenery at SimMarket for €17.95. If you are interested in this scenery, you can read more about Impulse Simulation and other releases here.
