iniBuilds Announces A310 for MSFS

iniBuild’s Ubaid has just a few moments ago taken to their forums to update the community on their current projects. As the title may suggest, one of them being an iniSimulations A310-300 rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It seems like after a successful launch in the X-Plane 11 community earlier this year, the developers have decided not to overlook the new platform.

To quote Ubaid: “I am very pleased to announce the iniSimulations A310-300 will be coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator. We have been in awe with the simulator, and are super excited with what the next few months have to bring.“.

The work on systems, flight model, and 3D art is making fantastic progress. Despite that, no release date or pricing details were unfortunately given. It’s pretty clear from the previews that the developers are aiming for the same level of detail and accuracy as with the other variant of the aircraft for X-Plane 11.

Ubaid has also, as part of the forum post, detailed X-Plane 12, the highly-anticipated v2 update of the iniSimulations A300 rendition, and an upcoming update to the Beluga, both for X-Plane 11.

Four new cargo options that will be coming in the next update to Beluga were previewed and can be seen below. This update will also, in addition to the new cargo variants, come with enhanced CPDLC features which can be nowadays found in the iniSimulations A310.

In regards to the highly-anticipated A300 v2 update which should bring the aircraft to the A310 level, Ubaid has clarified, that the work on it is progressing well and the developers have fantastic things to showcase in the coming few weeks.

Ubaid also stated that there is not much he can say about the compatibility of their products with X-Plane 12, or if there are going to be any upgrade fees available, as the developers from iniBuilds don’t have access to the simulator just yet.

Both of the previously mentioned updates (A300 v2 and Beluga) will be coming out after the iniManager release later this month.
