Previously released for Microsoft Flight Simulator earlier this year, iniBuilds yesterday officially announced that they are working on the X-Plane version of the Buffalo Niagara Airport (KBUF) scenery. Captnchris, the CEO of Xometry Design and a recent addition to the iniBuilds team as a full-time developer, is responsible for creating the scenery.

The Buffalo Niagara Airport (KBUF) scenery is expected to include, among other things, hand-placed, customised ground service equipment at each gate, realistic recreation of the airport’s landside with custom ground decals, and hand-placed vegetation.
Unlike many developers, iniBuilds did not ignore the terminal’s interior. So, in addition to real-world brands and accurate decals, the scenery will have a custom terminal interior with lighting and handmade objects.
If you plan to travel at night, you will be able to take use of the airport’s bespoke night lighting.

The price of the scenery has been set by iniBuilds to £16.99 GBP, or about €20.14 with VAT excluded. Once the scenery releases, you will be able to purchase it through the iniBuilds Store.
All widely used operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, will be compatible with the scenery. Although the developers stated that the scenery will also be available for X-Plane 12, no details were provided regarding the release date, price, or the terms for X-Plane 11 owners of the scenery.
