iniBuilds has announced on their forum that Cape Town International Airport, one of South Africa’s busiest airports, will be their next scenery, released exclusively for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Cape Town International Airport

Wikimedia
Cape Town International (ICAO: FACT) serves as South Africa’s main international gateway. The airport handles a mix of heavy long-haul and regional traffic. The airport serves as a major hub for both international arrivals from Europe and the Middle East, and domestic services across South Africa.
Cape Town Airport Previews and Features
The scenery will feature hand-made ground textures across runways, aprons, and roadways, combined with custom vegetation, landside details, and signage.

In addition to detailed exteriors, you’ll be able to explore the highly-polished interior modelling of the main terminal building along with a full set of ground support equipment airside. iniBuilds will also include a custom GSX profile within the package.

One of the highlights of this release is a bespoke 12-meter Digital Elevation Model (DEM) covering Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula pictured below.

The package also includes the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, complete with custom buildings and animated cable cars. Beyond Cape Town airport itself, iniBuilds will include Table Mountain Café with helipad (FACM) modelled for helicopter operations from the site.
Wolf’s Fang Runway (AT98)
Wolf’s Fang Runway (LID: AT98) located in Antarctica is a scenery which comes just in time for the iniBuilds Airbus A340, currently in development for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. iniBuilds state that their Wolf’s Fang scenery release will complement Cape Town perfectly, allowing simmers to recreate the real-world flights operated by Hi Fly’s Airbus A340-300 and other aircraft.
