iniBuilds has published a post covering the announcement of Doha-Hamad International Airport as well as some previews of their upcoming Gatwick Airport. Doha and Gatwick Airport will only be available for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Doha-Hamad International Airport Announcement
Doha Airport is Qatar’s major international airport and home to its flagship airline, Qatar Airways. The airport opened in 2014 with two main runways, both nearly 5,000 metres in length. It has five main concourses and handles millions of passengers every year, with the number expected to rise. More extensions are planned for the airport, and construction is still underway.

This construction had been an issue for iniBuilds as it made it hard to get the details right. However, iniBuilds now says the construction is at a point where they can see what is being worked on and accurately get the references they need. Doha will be sold as a premium product, which will include those premium features that iniBuilds has included in past airports, like Heathrow premium.
iniBuilds London Gatwick Airport Teasers
According to the iniBuilds team, London Gatwick is almost ready to release. They say that streamers will start getting copies of the airport soon to make content with. Gatwick is moving into its final stages of the development cycle, much of which is now in beta testing. iniBuilds have also been working with staff at Gatwick to get some accurate, up-to-date references of the airport.
As with their other airports, Gatwick will include an official GSX profile on release. It will also have different scenery configuration options to cater to different system specifications. There wasn’t much else shared in this post, however, the airport is on track to release soon. They left us some more preview shots of the airport and what we can expect from them.

Another note from iniBuilds is that they will no longer be developing any new airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 but will continue to update and support existing airports. You can read about iniBuilds previous releases here on FSNews.
