The developer iniBuilds has released another minor update for their Airbus A350 in their weekly schedule. Since the release so far, now five updates have been issued, all on Friday, and this Friday was no exception, making sure the plane gets even better for weekend flying sessions.
The update mostly focuses on GSX integration, and will now include better behaviour with this popular add-on. On aircraft spawn, the GPU will be automatically connected, and the synchronization of fuel and payload is even better in this version of the aircraft. This means that loading passengers via the aircraft’s systems will influence the weight and balance in the MCDU in real time.

Further automatization includes auto jetway connection upon spawning on the gate with a jetway. This means that pilots no longer need to manually connect it themselves before boarding can start. Auto-deboarding is also a new feature, that will trigger automatically after engine shutdown and parking brake application.
Among new systems features, we have ETP (Equal Time Point) functionality, which ensures better ETOPS planning. It calculates the Equal Time Point between two reference points, this has been a highly requested feature by the community.

Those who use the A350 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will be also able to use Time Marker Aural Alerts, which is, so far, not available in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 version of the aircraft. This feature assists with procedural timing.
Flight Crew Aural Feedback has also been enhanced, ensuring better situational awareness. Lastly, the iniBuilds team continues to resolve WASM issues that cause system crashes. This update also fixes bugs that were created in the previous versions of the aircraft, and there are some changes to the 3D art as well. Furthermore, the team modified the sound pack, making it even a little more realistic.
