The developer iniBuilds continues with updates to their sceneries to make them compatible with the recently released Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. After the release of Los Angeles and Heathrow, the next major hub to be updated is New York JFK Airport. The developer announced this release via their Discord server.

This version of JFK Airport comes with a ton of improvements over the Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) version. There are new, highly detailed ground textures brought up to the new 2024 standard. These new textures cover an updated airport layout, and the scenery now reflects the real counterpart from March of this year. Improved and custom jetways are now present at the airport, and the iniBuilds team has also done some optimisation improvements with a better level of detail radius.

Speaking of the level of detail radius, that can be mostly used on the landside of this scenery, as there are new, custom decals, realistic vegetation and parked cars. The airport got its deserved love as well, and there are custom objects, highly detailed airport buildings and a brand new General Aviation Terminal model.

The scenery is now available to be purchased via the iniBuilds store for approximately €25.84. If you own this product already, you can upgrade for a fee of around €5.85. These prices exclude your local value-added tax.
