Just Flight Announces Palma de Mallorca Airport for MSFS

Just Flight, a flight simulation developer and publisher, has recently taken to their Facebook Page to announce the development of their first scenery for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator released just earlier this year – Palma de Mallorca Airport (LEPA).

The scenery is in its early stages and so the screenshots do not showcase the final product. We were, however, reassured that we can expect quick progress as we enter the new year, 2021. It is developed by a small group of two A320 pilots and a talented modeller/artist. All developers are based close to the airport and have experience within the industry.

The team is making full use of the new MSFS game engine and is experimenting with features such as fully animated lifts and hangar doors that open and close at certain times of the day to mimic the real-world operations.

It wasn’t mentioned when can we expect the scenery to be released, or what is the price going to be like. Nor the feauture list has been mentioned.

Palma De Mallorca Airport (LEPA) is located in Spain and serves the city of Palma located on the island of Mallorca. The airport saw almost 30 million passengers last year due to Mallorca’s large tourism industry. The airport sees use from almost every major European airline operating flights connecting the island with Europe and Africa.
