Just Flight New A300B4 Overhead Previews Shared

The developer Just Flight has taken to their website to share some more information about the upcoming Airbus A300B4 rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This time, the developer showed the overhead panel of the aircraft.

The overhead panel in A300B4 is something that is not very common to the overhead panel we are familiar with from the modern Airbus Aircraft, and it is also very different to the more modern Airbus A300 variants.

As Just Flight mentions, the overhead panel is a mixture of different systems, and we can also find controls which could have been housed on the flight engineer’s panel. This is especially because Airbus was already thinking of having 2-crew aircraft.

The switch arrangement is quite chaotic on this variant of the A300, as we can notice from the screenshots. We can also find the HF radio on the overhead, rather than the centre pedestal.

In the screenshots themselves, we can notice the intensive work Just Flight has put into creating this aircraft. All the switches, knobs and even circuit breakers have their individual models and textures.

To give the most realistic wear and tear, each button and knob are textured individually, so there should be no repeating textures in the cockpit.
