After months of being available for X-Plane 11, Just Flight have announced, on Facebook, that Traffic Global is now available for P3D/FSX.
This is the latest rendition of a product that goes back twenty years starting with the Traffic series. It works by populating the skies within the sim with real world traffic according to real world schedules. Not only does this add to the realism of the sim it is also a joy for those who like to watch airport traffic come and go.
Using technology available to flight tracking applications and websites and a comprehensive database of airlines and aircraft, this addon, according to Just Flight, provides the ‘most realistic representation of real-world airport traffic yet’. Recent updates now include GA aircraft and schedules.
All aircraft come with custom liveries plus the user can add their own repaints and schedules. Examples of airliners featured include the entire Boeing range as well as Airbus, Dash 8, CRJ 1000 as well as many others. If it is in the schedule it will be featured.
General Aviation includes Cessna C208 and 172, Baron B58, and KingAir B200 among others. All aircraft are highly textured with night lighting and full animation. Sounds are added to provide realism. This addon is fully customisable.
