Laminar Research, a company of Austin Meyer, responsible for one of the widely used flight simulator platforms, X-Plane 11, has previewed a new lighting model of the simulator. The developer has shared a preview video through their YouTube channel.
In the video, we can see a direct comparison to the current lighting model. This will mean a complete overhaul of the visuals of the simulator. As mentioned in the video description, this is the very first preview of the lighting model and we can expect more information and previews very soon.
