LatinVFR Releases Barcelona Airport for MSFS

 

LatinVFR has not even an hour ago taken to their social network profiles to announce the imminent release of their rendition of Barcelona-El Prat Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The scenery was not announced prior to the release, and therefore was quite unexpected.

Featuring customized jetways, all terminals, realistic airport lighting, PBR materials, or sloped taxiways, aprons, and runways using the native MSFS system, for example, this is the first scenery available for the simulator covering the airport.

Furthermore, custom landmarks around the city such as Parc de Montjuic, Columbus Monument, Sagrada Familia, or Tibidago are present in the scenery. The complete feature list can be found below.

The scenery can be purchased for $16.99 from the LatinVFR website. Existing owners of Prepar3D/FSX variant of the scenery are eligible to a special upgrade fee by using code “LEBLMSFS”.

Barcelona, one of Europe most important cities. Lies in the Mediterranean Sea, and southwestern Europe. Second most populous city in Spain and 5th in Europe.  Its airport and port make it one of the most well-connected gateways of the region.
