After last previewing the airport just two days ago, MK-Studios have today came to their Facebook page to share a new set of screenshots showcasing their upcoming scenery of Helsinki Airport (EFHK) for Prepar3D. Furthermore, a single screenshot showcasing the progress being made on the Fuerteventura V2 scenery has been included in the post.
Based on the post, the Helsinki Airport (EFKH) scenery is on short final and is likely to be released within a few weeks. Regarding the Fuerteventura V2 scenery, the modelling has been completed and the developers are moving to the textures.
Helsinki is an airport that has been wanted by the community for a long time. It currently does not have a high-quality payware scenery available for it, even though it is a major European airport with many flights to destinations all over the world.
Microsoft Flight Simulator version of the scenery has also been confirmed in the past. We have no information about when should we expect that to come.
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (EFHK) is with over 21 million passengers annually, the busiest airport in Finland. It is located just outside of Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Furthermore, it serves as a hub for Norra and Finnair, Finnish flag carrier. Flights to, and from, Europe, Asia, or North America, for example, are operated at the airport.
