MK-Studios, a well-known scenery developer on the flight simulation scene, has today taken to their Facebook page to share a total of two screenshots from the Prepar3D v5 showcasing the interior of their upcoming rendition of Helsinki Airport.
Unfortunately, no information was shared regarding the development progress, release date, or pricing conditions. The post itself only said: “Boarding and getting ready for departure…“.
Helsinki is an airport that has been wanted by the community for a long time. It currently does not have a high-quality payware scenery available for it, even though it is a major European airport with many flights to destinations all over the world.
Microsoft Flight Simulator version of the scenery has also been confirmed in the past. We have no information about when should we expect that to come.
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (EFHK) is with over 21 million passengers annually, the busiest airport in Finland. It is located just outside of Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Furthermore, it serves as a hub for Norra and Finnair, Finnish flag carrier. Flights to, and from, Europe, Asia, or North America, for example, are operated at the airport.
