Initially announced by Orbx through their Facebook page, MK-Studios has today released their rendition of this small, yet beautiful airport in a scenic region of northern Finland. You might spot Santa Claus out of the window when visiting the airport as Rovaniemi is considered his home.
Being it such an attraction, the developers did not forget and recreated his village in the scenery. Further, the scenery makes use of enhanced satellite imagery and a detailed terrain mesh.
For the terminal interior lovers, it has also been recreated including various facilities inside. The scenery was clearly released at the perfect time with the Christmas holidays approaching us.
The scenery can be purchased through the website of Orbx for a decent price of €12.64.
