The Asobo team has released a new development update regarding the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. This time, some bad news has been shared with the community, as the anticipated Sim Update 1 has been delayed.
Sim Update 1 Delay
As the current public beta progresses, the development team has been receiving feedback over the first major update for this platform. As mentioned in the previous Developer Stream, the team was aiming to release this update on February 18th. However, for the best possible experience, some things still need to be tweaked and thus the team cannot publish the update on-time.

Feedback Snapshot
Together with this information, the community has been provided with screenshots of bugfixes, that were initially shown in the recent Developer Stream. Some major issues, like non-honoured aircraft registration, and bad helicopter physics while on the ground or mission errors will have been fixed when Sim Update 1 is released.
In Sim Update 2, it is predicted that issues with FPS performance, missing toolbar and non-functioning EFB in VR or non-existend windshield rain effect should be fixed with this update.
On a more positive note, despite this first major update being delayed, the Asobo Team is working hard to improve this platform, with minor patches that so far have fixed broken Airbus displays, issues with the PC-24 and much more.
