MSFS2020 Development Update (August 6th)

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is scheduled to be released in less than two weeks now, and the developers have today shared a new development update via their official website mentioning a new Partnership Series and an SDK update.

Asobo Studios have made it clear, that they will now try to improve the documentation and the functions of the SDK (Software Development Kit). Asobo is also actively looking into reinforcing the SDK team in the coming months.

As mentioned earlier in the post, a new Partnership Series update has been shared. This time mentioning Blackshark.ai – a platform for creating authentic 3D maps. Everything about the partnership has been explained in the video. A very nice comparison of 2D and 3D maps can be seen in the video.
