Nimbus Simulations Updates BN-2 Islander to v1.0.5 (XP11)

 

Nimbus Simulation has today released the first update for their recently released BN-2 Islander for X-Plane 11. The changelog of the new version consists of bug fixes only. For example, rudder pedals are now animated, maximum flaps speed has been increased, or GNS dimensions have been corrected. The complete changelog can be found below.

It was also mentioned in the comment section, that the UH-1 will also be getting an update soon. The aircraft can be purchased via the X-Plane.org Store for $34.95.

Changelog

  • Tail vibrates with engines off
  • Sound continues after engines are off
  • Part tail geometry not correctly animated
  • GNS dimensions incorrect
  • Yoke manipulator does not disappear
  • Maximum flaps speed too low
  • Always like new prevents oil gauges to work
  • Added manipulators for covers, chokes and controls lock
  • Parking brake not working
  • Rudder pedals not animated
  • Carb heat goes off scale
  • Pitot works even with cover on
