Orbx Announces Brisbane Airport for MSFS

Orbx has announced that they’re now working on their rendition of Brisbane Airport (YBBN) for Microsoft Flight Simulator, which was originally developed for the ESP platform. The announcement was made through a post on their forums, in which the developer also talked about the core details of the scenery.

As mentioned, the scenery has been originally developed for the ESP platform (FSX and Prepar3D) and therefore all the owners of the Brisbane V1 of the scenery will be able to buy it with a 50% discount, and owners of the Brisbane v2 for P3D only with 20% discount.

The airport is situated in Australia, Queensland, it is one of the busiest airports in Australia. Qantas has over 700 scheduled flights throughout the week from this airport, and it has destinations all across the Americas, Australia and Asia.

The developer promises an accurate layout of the airport, including the new parallel runway (01L/19R) that has been set for operation in 2020. This is, however, the only feature that the developer talked about in this forum post. Orbx has promised to include some more information in further development updates about this scenery.
