ORBX is now working on their rendition of Bar Harbor (KBHB) to X-Plane 11. Today, there were some more previews shared.
This is the first aeroclub that is located on the east coast by ORBX. The scenery will have a lot of features like hand placed buildings and so. Unfortunately, there is no further information available.
