Orbx has just released Oslo Gardermoen Airport (ENGM), Norway’s primary international gateway. It was developed by indie creator Finn Hansen and published by Orbx exclusively for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Located about 19 miles from Norway’s capital city, Oslo Airport (ICAO: ENGM) originally served as a military airbase during World War II. Today, it is the second-largest airport in Scandinavia and serves as a major hub for SAS Airlines, as well as an operating base for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, Norse Atlantic Airways, and Widerøe.

The MSFS 2024 rendition recreates the airport using the current real-world layout and features custom PBR 4K textures, three types of animated jetways, and a fully functional Visual Docking Guidance System powered by the Nool plugin. The scenery also includes a detailed terminal building interior and the iconic high-speed airport express train, the Gardermoen Line. To further enhance immersion, the airport features animated ground traffic with custom-designed pushback tugs, buses, and various service vehicles.
Oslo Gardermoen Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is available exclusively through the Orbx ecosystem, meaning it can be purchased directly on the Orbx website or conveniently downloaded and managed using the Orbx Central app. The addon is currently priced at approximately €18.31 or $21.31.
