Orbx Releases Sandefjord Airport for Prepar3D

Through a post at their Facebook page, Orbx has announced the release of their rendition of Sandefjord Airport (ENTO), an international airport located on the southeastern coast of Norway, for Prepar3D.

Developed by Finn Hanses and Jakub Łukaszewski, who also stands behind Alesund and Notodden Airport renditions, the scenery offers a wide range of features you would expect from an Orbx scenery.

These include, for example, accurate airport layout, PBR and 4K textures throughout the airport, unique and accurate terraforming and mountainside modelling, or custom dynamic night lighting on the apron.

The scenery was, as usually, developed using the latest technologies for optimization while maintaining great fidelity and keeping high texture resolutions.

The scenery can be purchased, as well as other Orbx sceneries, through the Orbx website or Orbx Central for $24.95 AUD which is equal to about €16 or $19.

Oslo Torp is a major Norwegian Airport, located on the west side of Sandefjord. It is linked with Oslo Gardermoen airport and is serving usually low-cost carriers. You can see on the airport, for example, Wizzair, Ryanair, or KLM on regular basis. It is also a helicopter center, where new pilots are being taught how to control a helicopter. Last but not least, you’ll also find a local flying club here.
