Orbx Releases Sumburgh for MSFS

Orbx has recently announced, through their forums, the release of Sumburgh Airport (EGPB) for Microsoft Flight Simulator as part of their Throwback Thursday promotion.

Developed by the 29Palms Team, this release was originally developed for FSX/P3D and X-Plane 11 but now has been released for the popular new simulator.

The airport features fully customized modeling, with custom ground poly, taxi signs, and lights. The MSFS version features fully updated PBR textures. Also includes models of surrounding landmarks.

Serving Shetland in Scotland, Sumburgh Airport has an interesting feature in that a road crosses the western end of RWY09 with access controlled by a level crossing.

Sumburgh Airport (EGPB) is available from Orbx Direct priced at EUR 9.60.
