Orbx hasn’t only been working hard on MSFS products, they’ve also continued to work on Prepar3D addons. The result of that work can be seen with the release of TrueEarth Florida, the fourth TrueEarth region and state for Northern America. The TrueEarth products massively improve the scenery. Instead of the default Prepar3D ground scenery, you will see highly detailed buildings and vegetation where they should be. It’s all based on photoreal imagery and GIS data.
Florida, also known as the Sunshine state is home to many world-famous locations. Major cities like Miami, Orlanda, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, but also Disney World and the Florida Keys. All of these are now available in high-detail. It covers over 160 000 km² (61 000 mi²) and more than 500 airports, some new, others improved. It also includes a Cityscape for Miami, making the metropolis even more real. The team modelled 732 point of interest.
TrueEarth Florida is available from the Orbx website for AU$54.95, but is on sale until Sept. 10th for AU$43.96.
