Orbx TrueEarth Canary Islands for X-Plane 11 Released

Well known scenery developer, Orbx, have taken to their forums to announce the highly detailed scenery of the Canary Islands, as part of their TrueEarth range, for X-Plane 11.

Featuring all nine airports of the Canary Islands (full list below), including a quality payware version of La Palma Airport, this scenery addon adds a new level of immersion and detail to this popular holiday destination. La Palma Airport, in particular, features immersive PBR textures, and detailed SAM jetways.

All the aerial imagery is hand-crafted and colour matches perfectly with the landscape, and features accurately placed and modeled resorts, town, hotels, and key landmarks. This is the perfect place for low VRF flying with local attractions to explore, such as the Teide National Park. Trees and fauna are all as expected on these Spanish Islands.

The Canary Islands are a group of Spanish islands, located in the Atlantic Ocean, 100km from Morocco, and consist of El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, Chinijo Archipelago, La Palma, Tenerife and La Graciosa. Many of the islands welcome tourists all year round due to their warm climate.

The addon is available from the Orbx website or via Orbx Central, priced at EUR 22.32.
