Ed Correia, Orbx Head of Operations, has today announced via their forums an update for Santa Barbara Municipal Airport for Prepar3D and FSX adding a completely new area to the scenery. The new version, 1.2.0, features over 700 square kilometers of new coverage and three new lite airstrips.
These airstrips are super fun and challenging to fly into, and are a nice short flight away from KSBA. Alternatively, you can load your flight at CA97 Cristy Airstrip, but the other two, you’ll have to go and find them!
The update is free for current owners, and can be downloaded via Orbx Central. If you don’t have the scenery yet, you can purchase it via the Orbx website for approx. €11,21 in a sale.
