Edson from Parallel 42 took to social media earlier today to announce and showcase the upcoming Boeing 777 Immersion for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

With the recent release of the A320 Immersion add-on to Parallel 42’s SimFX, the development continues, and what was a better decision than starting to create an Immersion package for the recently released PMDG 777-300ER for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

A single image has been showcased so far, showing the Boineg 777 on take-off with the Parallel 42’s upcoming 777 Immersion pack. As you can see from this image, there are effects like the wingtip vortex and wing vortex.

So far, we strongly believe that much more effects of the 777 Immersion package will be gradually previewed by the developer, as the recently released A320 Immersion also includes effects like St. Elmo’s fire, engine vortex or even runway skid marks. As with the A320 Immersion, this is also most likely going to be an “add-on” to their SimFX package.

In the comments below the Twitter (X) post, Parallel 42 also mentions that the package is currently in testing. No estimate has been given on the release yet. If you would like to read more about Parallel 42 and their work, take a look at our recent article covering their SimFX here.
