PhotoSim Labs has shared via their Facebook page a post mentioning their current plans with the upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator, and overall with their sceneries. It was made clear at the start of the post, that anyone who will, or has, purchased TISX scenery before 11:59 pm on 8/16/2020 will be eligible for an upgrade fee of $4.99 for the MSFS2020 version. No time zone was provided.

Additioanlly it was mentioned, that the currently developed scenery of the island of Cuba will be first released for MSFS2020 and after for Prepar3D. We should get more information and previews the following week.
