PMDG B777F Showcased by Content Creators, Release Date Around The Corner

As the release date of PMDG’s B777F approaches, some fortunate content creators have had the privilege of showcasing the aircraft to the public. PMDG, the developer behind this highly anticipated project, is set to release it on Friday, December 6th, 2024.

Exterior Appearance

One of the first things aviation enthusiasts look forward to seeing is the aircraft’s exterior. Two liveries are featured in the images below: Lufthansa Cargo on the left and DHL on the right.

Cargo Compartment

The most significant difference between the B777F and its passenger variant lies in the cargo compartment. As shown in the images below, two luxury cars are visible in the cargo hold, hinting at the variety of cargo options that PMDG may have added for this new variant.

Cockpit

At first glance, it can be difficult to distinguish between the passenger and cargo variants of the B777 due to their similarities. However, the key differences lie in the flight management system and cabin system interfaces. The first image below showcases the main glass cockpit displays, while the second highlights the overhead panel.

Airborne Appearance

The difference between the cargo and passenger variants becomes more apparent once airborne. The absence of passenger windows immediately distinguishes the B777F. Combined with realistic clouds and an extraordinary view from the air, users will be able to immerse in realistic cargo operations.
