REX Announces REX Atmos for MSFS

The developer REX, also known as Real Environment Xtreme has announced a new atmospheric add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator. REX Atmos is the upcoming product to the REX family, known for improving the environment in simulators for decades.

REX Atmos seems to improve the atmospheric engine in Microsoft Flight Simulator, seamlessly working with custom weather engines like Active Sky FS and REX WeatherForce.

The improvements can be seen in the two comparison screenshots shown on the REX website. We can see that the add-on is going to improve the colour of clouds, atmospheric scattering, and probably even the intensity of the ozone layer.
