The airport was opened in July 1945, when it replaced the Springfield Park and Airport, which now operates as Downtown Airport.

The first operator serving this national airport was American Airlines and through the years it went through a bit of reconstruction, including the terminal and ground facilities.

Springfield-Branson National is served by two runways that are just about 2 kilometres long. In 2021, the airport achieved 47,565 aircraft operations.

Delta operates two connections to Atlanta, American has flights to Fort Worth, Charlotte and O’Hare, and lastly, United has flights to Denver and Houston operating from this airport.

RW Profiles’ Rendition

So far, the team hasn’t shared an official feature list of the scenery. However, from the YouTube video, we can mostly see that the scenery is going to include custom ground clutter, a 3D terminal interior, high-fidelity textures and animated jetways.

RW Profiles Mentioned that the scenery is going to be released soon. However, its pricing and availability haven’t been made clear yet.
