SamScene3D, a developer mainly known for VFR sceneries for P3D, has recently released Seoul City Wow for Prepar3D v4/v5 and FSX. The scenery of Seoul City covers the whole area around Seoul. A coverage map can be seen below.
Other than that, the scenery features, for example, over 10,000 autogen buildings, compatibility with Orbx, Asian Airports-Gimpo and Incheon Airport, night light effects, custom buildings around the area and seasonal textures. The complete feature list can be seen below.
