SamScene3D Releases Unique New Lhasa Gonggar Airport for MSFS

 

SamScene3D announced via the freeware add-ons website Flightsim.to, the release of their rendition of Tibet Lhasa Gonggar Airport (ZULS) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The rendition is their seventh Chinese-centric product offering for the platform.

The developer states that their rendition of Lhasa Gonggar Airport features a fully detailed airport terminal with modeled interiors. Further features include beautiful night-time effects, intricately modeled Lhasa city center, and a rebuilt Potala Palace. The rendition also features 3D models of Jokhang temple, Norbulingka palace, The Barkhor, the seven bridges across the Lhasa River, Lhasa Stadium, and the Lhasa Intercontinental Hotel. The developer also specifies that their rendition of Tibet Lhasa Airport is compatible with the Orbx Himalaya Asia Mesh.

Lhasa Gonggar Airport is the primary airport serving Lhasa, the capital city of the Tibet Autonomous Region, People’s Republic of China. It is approximately 97 kilometers from Lhasa and 62 kilometers southwest of Gyazhugling. Situated at an altitude of 11,800 feet, Tibet Lhasa Airport is one of the highest airports in the world. The airport is served by a plethora of airlines including Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, and Tibet Airlines which also has Lhasa Airport as its primary operating hub.
