SayIntentions.AI Launches Developer Hub “LaunchPad” & Mobile App “PocketSky”

Traffic Injection

The company has confirmed that its long-awaited AI Traffic Injection feature will officially launch on July 7, 2025. Previously available only to partner accounts, this update will become available to all Premium subscribers. The new feature injects AI-controlled aircraft into the virtual airspace, allowing for more realistic and dynamic traffic patterns during simulation sessions.

Introduction of PocketSky Mobile App

SayIntentions.AI also announced PocketSky, a mobile companion application designed to extend flight sim functionality to smartphones. With PocketSky, users can track real-time flight information such as location, altitude, heading, and flight status directly from their mobile device.

The app allows interactive communication with air traffic control and crew using both text and voice, with automatic management of COM frequencies. Push notifications alert users to significant flight events, such as top-of-descent instructions, ATC messages, or cabin-related incidents. In addition, users can remotely change radio frequencies and look up key airport data including ATIS, METAR, and TAF reports without being in front of the simulator.

One of the most notable features is Instructor Mode a feature aimed at commercial and training use. This mode allows instructors to remotely manage ATC communications within the simulator, enabling the creation of tailored training scenarios. By controlling the flow of information and introducing varied situations, instructors can focus on improving a student’s situational awareness and decision-making in real time.

The app will launch on both Android and iOS immediately following the company’s on-stage presentation at the expo.

LaunchPad Developer Program

Alongside its product updates, SayIntentions.AI introduced LaunchPad, a new initiative aimed at supporting independent developers, hobbyists, and studios building flight sim tools, plugins, and other enhancements. LaunchPad offers guidance, engineering support, financial assistance, ecosystem integration, marketing help, and direct exposure to SayIntentions.AI’s existing user base.

The program is positioned as a resource for creators who may have promising ideas but lack the infrastructure or visibility to bring them to market effectively. SayIntentions.AI describes LaunchPad as a partnership, not an acquisition—participants retain full ownership of their projects while gaining support to accelerate development and reach users.
