SayIntentions.AI Releases AI Ground Services for MSFS

SayIntentions.AI released a “Neural” pushback and jetways system managed by Artificial Intelligence for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Alongside the announcement, the team shared their next steps for Ground Crew updates.

What’s New?

The latest version of SayIntentions.AI offers a controlled pushback system and jetways for airliners. It provides authentic ATC phraseology for jetway operations, handled by you or your AI cabin crew, leaving less room for other 3rd party add-ons. Alongside the jetways, a newly introduced AI-assisted pushback system was announced. It gives you the chance to communicate with real-world ramp agent terminology. The AI calculates and ensures that you always end up in the taxiway centerline after pushback which is based on taxiway data. It removes the need for airport profiles, and according to the team, “It just works.”.

Upcoming Features

It is worth noting that this is an additional upgrade to the default add-on and is available to both Premium and Entourage members. It works with the in-game ATC service. Thus, if you use other ATC add-ons like BATC, Pilot2ATC, or FSHud, this upgrade is compatible with all of them. However, the pushback mode is not compatible with GSX by FSDreamTeam. The SayIntentions.AI team also mentioned that they are trying to expand their ground handling further with features such as;

  • specific cargo features that detect cargo ramps and provide catering,
  • refuelling enhancements for more realism.

A wider range of aircraft support is also planned for the upcoming releases.

The upgrade for SayIntentions.AI is only available for Partners at the moment. It will be accessible for the Experimental Server on December 6th and all customers on December 31st. The main add-on is downloadable from their website, available here.
