Sierrasim Simulation have recently taken to their Facebook Page to share previews and some information about their up-and-coming rendition of Alcantari International Airport (SLAL) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This is the first time the development of the scenery was mentioned by the developer.
Serving one of the capital cities in Bolivia, Sucro, the airport was first opened just a few years back, in 2016, after suspending services of former Juana Azurduy de Padilla International Airport due to continuous security issues. The airport serves only domestic routes throughout the country.
The scenery is expected to offer PBR textures throughout the coverage area, accurate orthoimagery for the airport and nearby surroundings, and custom airport objects. The price of the scenery is currently estimated at $10.99 which is equal to about €9.30.
The only information we know about the release date is, that it is “coming soon“.
