Sierrasim Simulation have taken to Facebook to announce the release of a new scenery addon for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Sierrasim Simulation have taken to Facebook to announce the release of a new scenery addon for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Palonegro International Airport (SKBG) is their latest, in a run of airports and sceneries, being made for the new simulator.

Sierrasim Simulation have made use of the advanced scenery features present in MSFS, and aerial imagery, to produce an airport that has photo-realistic ground textures. Buildings are modelled with high detail PBR textures. Other features include airport objects and vehicles, realistic night lighting and a sloped runway matching the real world airport.

Named after a major battle in an early 20th century war, Palonegro International Airport is located 7km west of Bucaramanga and is perched on top of a mountain. The airport has a domestic operation that serves various area of Columbia as well as access to international flights.
