Sim-wings pro Munich updated to V1.0.1.0 (P3D)

P3D/FSX developer sim-wings has updated their Munich airport to V1.0.10 which includes many optimizations and improvements, specifically to enhance performance when at the ground of the airport at day and night, as well as fixed bugs, most notably lighting issues, added models such as the new 3D spotter hill, and reworked advertising signs on jetways.
