The developer SimHeaven, well-known for their packages of improved OSM data for X-Plane simulators, like X-World Europe, X-World America, and so on, available for free, has released a paid version of this product, further enhancing the quality of the entire world in Laminar Research’s simulator.
SimHeaven sells this as an “outstanding VFR scenery for X-Plane 12”, available for all continents in the world. It promises to improve all cities, buildings, and vegetation, as it replaces all of this data using OpenStreetMap (OSM) and Microsoft Building Footprints. All the buildings are accurately positioned in relation to the real world. Compared to the free versions of this product, it offers a much greater variety of objects and scenery elements. There are also animations of smoke, steam, geysers and dynamic road traffic. The dynamic road traffic essentially means that the vehicles will travel at various speeds, depending on where they are located.
Around the world, using X-World Pro, we may find thousands of landmarks to discover, and you can use it for sightseeing or navigation. The industrial chimneys have animated smoke, and regions of Australia, England, France and the USA were also updated. The vegetation has also received significant improvements, and so have farmlands, crops and fields around the world.
X-World Pro is now available for all X-Plane 12 users through the X-Plane.org store for approximately €30.34.
