Skyline Simulations has today came to their Facebook page to share a total of two screenshots from X-Plane 11 showcasing their Gibraltar Airport (LXGB) scenery in the nighttime. The screenshots are very dark, but we are still able to see the runway with the road crossing.
We have edited the images a bit for you to be able to see the scenery better. There was not much new information shared within the post rather than only: “When the barriers are down, it can only mean 2 things…“
Last time the scenery was previewed was back on August 20th. The release date is still to be announced, the same goes for the pricing details.
In 2017, Gibraltar Airport handled 571,184 passengers and 302,094kg of cargo on 4,888 flights. LXBG is ranked the 5th most extreme airport in the world. The runway is inspected each and every time an airplane takes off or lands.
