SoFly has announced its latest add-on for MSFS via its Facebook page, EcoSoundScapes. SoFly has released several products in the past for the simulator. Some notable ones include STORM, Weather Preset Pro and their Animals add-on. SoFly always aims to create new immersive experiences inside Microsoft Flight Simulator.
What is SoFly’s EcoSoundScapes?
EcoSoundScapes is an all-new product for MSFS that aims to enhance the sounds of the simulator. It is a comprehensive environmental sound pack, featuring hundreds of sounds. According to the developers, this add-on brings over 160 high-quality audio files.
The add-on uses hundreds of high-quality sounds that play randomly in every location. These sounds aim to increase your immersion within the simulator. So if you are flying over a jungle, you’ll hear the wildlife below or hear the sounds of a busy airport as you approach.
Over 1,500 locations have been enhanced globally, according to the developers. This entire add-on can be managed with an in-sim menu. This menu allows you to control many options, letting you fine-tune your experience. The level of customisation ensures you have complete control over your environment.
SoFly has also said you will be able to create your own sound packages. Using their tools, you’ll be able to create and share with the community. They have also given third-party airport developers these tools, allowing integration with their products.
EcoSoundScapes will be released on June 6th for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It will be available exclusively in their store.
