Stairport Sceneries have taken today to their Facebook Page to share a set of previews directly from X-Plane 11 showcasing their upcoming rendition of Split Airport (LDSP). The scenery is actually being converted from the Prepar3D variant of the scenery developed by PAD-Labs and released back in 2015.
The previews generally showcase the airport area including the new terminal that has been added to the scenery just recently. As the new terminal was build after the original scenery for Prepar3D was released, the developers from Stairport Sceneries had to model that from scratch.
There were no mentions in the post about the expected release date or pricing details. It was only said, that the scenery is coming to X-Plane 11 “soon“.
Split Airport (LDSP) is an international airport serving the city of Split in Croatia. It serves as a hub for Croatia Airliners, Croatia’s flag carrier, and sees traffic from major European airlines such as Scandinavian Airlines, British Airways, or Eurowings, for example. Annually, the airport sees over 3 million passengers.
