Synaptic Simulations Joins iniBuilds on the A22X Project

The highly anticipated A22X project by Synaptic Simulations got a new development following posts on various social media platforms about their partnership with iniBuilds. Officially joining as an iniBuilds Partner, they will work together on this project to bring it to “new heights”, according to a Synaptic statement.

Synaptic Decides to Make the A22X Project a Paid Add-on

This project was originally free and open-source. However, from this point on, the project will be posted as a paid add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Synaptic explains this change is due to the high demand during development and the overall potential of the project.

They continue by explaining more about the partnership with iniBuilds and how it will allow them to deliver a product of higher quality sooner than previously anticipated. Another news coming with the partnership is that the Synaptics Simulations A22X will also be compatible with the Xbox version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. It will be available in the in-game marketplace for Xbox, and the desktop version will be available for purchase in the IniBuilds Store.

The A22X will initially be released with the -300 and -100 variants. After the release, in the form of a free update, the Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) version will arrive for customers of the base package. Synaptic is committed to “deliver the best A220 experience” despite this tough decision to change the project’s direction.
