TaiModels Releases Manchester Airport for XP11/12

Vietnamese developer TaiModels took to their Facebook page to announce the release of their rendition of Manchester Airport (EGCC) for X-Plane 11 and 12.

Vietnamese developer TaiModels took to their Facebook page to announce the release of their rendition of Manchester Airport (EGCC) for X-Plane 11 and 12. Alongside the release announcement, the team also confirmed that a Microsoft Flight Simulator version is in the works.

About Manchester Airport

Manchester Airport is an international airport in Ringway, Manchester, England located eight miles south-west of Manchester city-center. The airport comprises three passenger terminals and a cargo terminal and covers an area of 560 hectares. Officially opening in June 1938, it was initially known as Ringway Airport and during World War 2 served as a base for the Royal Air Force. Several airlines including Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Austrian, British Airways, easyJet, Emirates, KLM, Lufthansa, Ryanair, and TUI Airways offer services to the airport. It has flights to 199 destinations worldwide, placing the airport thirteenth globally for total destinations served.

TaiModels’ Manchester Airport features highly detailed models, SAM animated jetways, high-quality PBR texturing, and complete autogen around the airport. Furthermore, the developer has optimized the scenery for the highest possible performance. Other features of the rendition include ground traffic plugins, weather texturing for XP12, and compatibility for both X-Plane 11 and 12.
