TaiModels took to their Facebook page to announce the release of their rendition of Singapore Changi Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024. The scenery had been teased earlier this month by the team behind several MSFS and X-Plane products and is now available for purchase on the MSFS platform.
Key Features
TaiModels’ latest work for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Singapore Changi Airport, features handmade and detailed PBR ground markings and textures referencing the latest real-world airport layout and charts. The team has also developed a detailed terminal with both exterior and interior modeling, hand-made, realistic cargo and airport buildings, realistic and dynamic lighting, and custom animated jetways for the best immersion in-sim. TaiModels has also made the effort to optimize LODs for the best performance on most systems. The taxiways and aprons have also been appropriately modeled and textured by the team.

About Singapore Changi
Singapore Changi Airport, one of the largest transportation hubs in Asia, is the main international airport that serves the country of Singapore. The airport is located in Changi, the eastern end of Singapore, and is about 25 km east of the Downtown Core. It is the home base for BOC Aviation, JetStar Asia, and the country’s flag carrier, Singapore Airlines. Thanks to its strategic location within Asia, it is highly favorable for high-demand layovers and consequently serves as a focus city for Qantas; it is also the flagship cargo hub for FedEx Express in Asia. More than 100 airlines operate services from the airport to destinations in Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
