ToLiss Updates Airbus A321 & A319 For X-Plane

A few days before the FSExpo 2025 starts ToLiss, a renowned developer of add-ons for X-Plane, brought to us a brand new update for their Airbus family, specifically for the Airbus A319 and the Airbus A321. This update brought various fixes to its system and improve aircraft’s performance.

The A319

For the smaller variant of the aircraft, it is the second update that we have seen this year bringing the build to version 1.10.2. However, unlike the last update, the developer did not include any new features and focused solely on bug fixes.

An issue affecting the flight phase when starting only one engine, such as during a single-engine taxi, has been corrected. The Alpha Floor function is now restricted to normal law, matching operational rules.
High-Speed Stability has been added to Alternate Law. The ADIRUs have been modified to maintain performance during power source changes. A fault that caused ground power to be unavailable after loading certain configurations has been resolved. Differences in computed flight paths between FMGC1 and FMGC2 for “heading to” A424 legs, previously caused by large simulated position variations, have been addressed.

The ENG FIRE on-ground procedure has been updated to align with a later Flight Warning Computer version. The trigger for Direct Law after Alternate Law now depends on the gear uplock signal rather than the gear lever position. Bleed Leak ECAM procedures have been revised. Engine sound playback for the CFM -B7 model during replay has been corrected. A problem with DIR TO pathing introduced in a previous build has also been fixed. The changes affect multiple systems across flight management, flight control laws, power handling, and procedural logic.

The A321

For the longer variant of this aircraft, it was the third update rolled out this year, bringing up version 1.7.3. The list of changes is nearly identical, with a few additions. Yaw control has been revised in Alternate and Direct law, with the removal of components used exclusively in Normal law. Roll control authority near VMCA has been adjusted.

A configuration issue in the A321neo menu that caused overlapping items has been corrected. Manual engine starts will no longer auto-abort solely due to EGT limit exceedance. The Oil Quantity indication on the ECAM Cruise page has been removed when data is unavailable, and FAC-related ECAM messages are now suppressed when the eRudder configuration is active. Vibration levels for NEO engines have been reduced following customer feedback.
