TorqueSim SR22 Releasing Next Week

TorqueSim, a developer responsible for recently released BN-2 Islander or Pocket Rocket, has been developing their rendition of Cirrus SR22 for X-Plane 11.

TorqueSim, a developer responsible for recently released BN-2 Islander or Pocket Rocket, has been developing their rendition of Cirrus SR22 for X-Plane 11. Today, we’ve got information that this add-on will be releasing next week.

The information was shared through the TorqueSim blog, and the add-on itself will include two variants of this aircraft – SR22 G3 and SR22TN G3. The developer describes that it is the highest quality rendition of piston-engine aircraft to date.

The aircraft is a part of X-Aviation’s “Take Command” product series, where we can also find famous IXEG 737 classic.

The main features of this aircraft will be FMOD sounds, 4K PBR textures, accurate simulation of both engine behaviour, G1000 realistic avionics, detailed electrical, fuel, oxygen and TKS systems, there is also maintenance and failure model, together with high-fidelity flight model and persistent performance.

Yet, the full feature list hasn’t been shared and may be shared together with the release of the aircraft, which we will inform you about. The exact date is not known, however, as mentioned, it should be some time in the next week.
