UK2000 Previews Luton 2020HD for MSFS

UK2000 Scenery has today shared a new set of a total of 19 screenshots showcasing the upcoming scenery of Luton Airport (EGGW) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

UK2000 Scenery has today shared a new set of a total of 19 screenshots showcasing the upcoming scenery of Luton Airport (EGGW) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Titled as Luton 2020HD, it is going to be UK2000’s second scenery to be released for the new simulator, right after Bristol 2020HD.

It is important to keep in mind, that UK2000 is not porting the sceneries from other platforms, but developing them from scratch. Unfortunately, the only feature that was teased, is that there will be a sloped runway present at the scenery. There are also going to be two variants of the scenery available, with and without static aircraft.

The scenery will most likely be released in a few weeks for yet unknown price. We have no further information as the post only said: “Luton 2020HD for MSFS preview. We expect to release in a few weeks

The next sceneries to be developed for Microsoft Flight Simulator by the UK2000 team will most likely be those in the HD range. Glasgow or Inverness should be coming after this scenery release.

Luton Airport (EGGW) is one of the six major airports serving the capital of England, London. Serving as a hub for easyJet, Wizz Air, Ryanair and TUI Airways, and serving annually over 16 million passengers, it is the fifth busiest airport is the United Kingdom, and fourth-largest airport serving the London area.
